What is CPM?
A; CPM is the way we calculate the cost of your
campaign. CPM means cost per thousand (the M is
Roman Numberal for 1000). To determine the cost
of your campaign, divide the quantity by 1000,
and multiply by the CPM cost. (ie. if it is $3.00
CPM and you order 10000 visitors, take (10000/1000)x3.00
and the total is $30).

Due to the recent increase in credit card fraud,

and therefore must be allowed extra time to process
your order. We usually send an order confimation
within 12-24hrs. of it being placed, so if you

What is your refund policy?

refund policy is very simple. We issue refunds
on a case-by-case, pro-rata basis. Because we
have to pay webmasters for traffic that has been
delivered, we can only give refunds on traffic
that has not been delivered. If we fail to deliver
all of your traffic within 30 days of the campaign
start date, we will refund a portion of the money
that is equivilent to the undelivered traffic.
